1.5oz INSÓLITO Añejo
.5oz Lillet Blanc
.75oz lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 egg white
.75oz Pumpkin Beer Syrup:
Add 12oz of pumpkin beer and 6oz honey to a saucepan. Carefully bring to a simmer and stir continuously for about 10 minutes to decrease volume by roughly 1/3. Remove from heat, cool, and store in the refrigerator up to two weeks.
