Muddle the two strawberries in a shaker.
Add INSÓLITO Reposado, grapefruit juice, lime juice and agave syrup.
Shake well and strain through a fine mesh strainer into a glass with fresh ice.
Top with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Soda. Garnish with a strawberry.
