Honey/Banana Cordial:
Peel and cut 4 bananas in half longways. Lightly glaze one side of bananas with a thin layer of honey and lightly caramelize either in the broiler or with a blow torch. Add caramelized bananas and 1 quart 1:1 honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) to a mixer and blend until smooth. Strain through cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator.
