INSÓLITO’s trio is distilled at 7,200 feet above sea level with a blend of 80% highland agave and 20% lowland agave, making for a unique flavor profile. Aged in new American Oak barrels, the hot days and cool nights allow for a unique aging process, producing a smooth and balanced finish that can only be described as rare, uncommon, and extraordinary.
